Not this time. The wild hog population is expected to double this next year because of the rain. Two more in trap 409...the guys are guessing that they weigh about 90 lbs a piece.
UPDATE: These hogs weighed in at 97 and 115 lbs.

WOW! Those are some pretty big pigs.
Good Morning Ladies! I didn't either Rising Rainbow. They have even hurt some of the cattle. I thought they were big too, Kaila, until the guys told me that they can get as big as 650 lbs. Yikes!!!
Eee-gads! They're ugly and I hear they can be quite mean.

You know Callie, that's why I am glad that the guys work the traps together. They can be among them up to about 50 lbs. If there are any hogs bigger than that then all work is done from the other side of the fence and outside the trailer!!!
Sharon ~ Now you did it! I was trying not to think about that part of the trapping venture! However, I am told that wild hog sausage is very good.
