TnT's Adventures Down Under - Part III: The Great Barrier Reef

BubbleShare: Share photos - Halloween contest

Now that I found a photo sharing website, BubbleShare.com that will accomodate more than 20 pictures at a time, here are 63 pictures from Tony's camera. After bungy jumping, TnT scaled down the excitement with snorkling and scuba diving off the Great Barrier Reef!

The tour guide cautioned everyone to take something for sea sickness. Not TnT, they wanted to know if they had the problem or not! They ended up standing on the bow of the boat on the ride by to shore and loved every minute of it!!!

TnT's Adventures Down Under - Part II

DescriptionDescription
Smithfield Bungy Tower ~ Cairns.

If you want to wrap anywhere from 640 to 1120 individual strands of rubber around your legs and jump off a 164 ft. tower, this is the place to be! Travis and Tony's first adventure in the land down under took them to AJ Hackett's Smithfield Bungy Tower constructed on the edge of the Australian Rainforest.
The guys jumped twice, the first time was a swan dive and the second time they jumped off backwards... (gulp) We do have video of this and I will post it just as soon as I figure out how! The Official Jumpers' Edition Pack* states that snakes, goannas and native birds roam the site and the rainforest. Later on during their stay in Australia, TnT went to the Turanga Zoo. There will be pictures of some of these native animals in a later post on the zoo. Here are a couple of pictures that TnT took while at the Bungy Tower...Description

The guys struck up a conversation with a couple of local girls who realized why bungy jumping wasn't such a big deal to TnT. The conversation centered around horses for some reason! The guys did admit to a moments' hesitation when they looked down for the first time...

No worries, Mum!!!

*The pictures in the Official Jumpers' Edition Pack were taken by AJ Hackett Staff.

TnT Bound for Australia, then Texas...

Well, this weekend I take my cowboys to LAX. They are going to Australia for two weeks! They will visit the Great Barrier Reef, Cairns, Uluru (Ayers Rock), and Sydney. There is a possibility that they will visit an Australian Ranch, too! They bought digital cameras just for their trip, so I will have lots of pictures to share with you when they get back!

This month is going to be a busy one...we will be packing for the trip and move, feeding horses, cleaning pens and tack rooms out, feeding puppies, finding homes for puppies, when TnT get back from Australia, they will be packing up their belongings, all five horses, four dogs (...and Mom's heart...) and moving to Pecos, TX. We are in the process of securing a place for TnT and the dogs to live and stables for the horses.

The setting for Mustang 'n' Cowboys will be moving to Texas!!! As native Texans, TnT are excited about their move! They have talked about going back for years. Pecos, Texas is steeped in western history and is the "Home of the World's First Rodeo"! This does not mean that the blogging will stop. This blog will be my link to Travis and Tony, the horses and the dogs!!! Remember too, that one of the horses is mine!
