TnT's Adventures Down Under - Part III: The Great Barrier Reef

BubbleShare: Share photos - Halloween contest

Now that I found a photo sharing website, BubbleShare.com that will accomodate more than 20 pictures at a time, here are 63 pictures from Tony's camera. After bungy jumping, TnT scaled down the excitement with snorkling and scuba diving off the Great Barrier Reef!

The tour guide cautioned everyone to take something for sea sickness. Not TnT, they wanted to know if they had the problem or not! They ended up standing on the bow of the boat on the ride by to shore and loved every minute of it!!!

Comments from Down Under...

TnT found a computer at the Cairns Colonial Club Resort in Cairns, Australia! After I got home from feeding this morning I found an email that said TnT left a comment on "A Call from the Future"!

No worries Mum

T n T :)

I have been telling Naomi over at Diary From England that I love the way she calls my mom "mum". Now I am "Mum"!!

Then this afternoon they found Becky's comment about their truck. Oops! Becky is keeping TnT's Dodge Dually at her place instead of them having to put it into long term parking. Thanks, Becky! Here is Becky's comment on "TnT's Puppies!!!":

Heya! I enjoyed my visit with the boys yesterday, and I further enjoyed the fact that I have their truck held captive here. I will send photos of how I'm going to make it all feminine while they're gone. Oh, yeah... it's going to be GOOD. (Nothing permanent, of course. I'm not that mean.)

I asked them yesterday why they chose the pups that they did... And I know one thing that helped narrow it down:

They've noticed that Katy sometimes has trouble with the heat, whereas Rusty doesn't seem to struggle as much. Their theory is that the black coat makes it harder on Katy, and since the pups are working dogs, they chose brown. (They did say it was REALLY hard not to go for the black 'n white girl with the perfect Border collie markings.)

I answered her with the following:

Uh-oh!!! If they only knew! Becky thanks for letting them keep their truck at your place. I will post the pictures you send...this is gonna be good!!

Yeah, little Panda, as she is called, is the runt and her markings ARE perfect. It is almost as if she was painted with the same template on both sides!!!

Little did we know that we would get caught!

Hey Becky, Don't you dare. If our truck has any pink on it you'd better be prepared to run. :) TnT

Becky, when you send pictures, I will wait to post them so that TnT can't see what you did to their truck...until they get back! That is if the surprise isn't spoiled!!!

TnT, your Uncle says that the reason the sharks didn't come after you is because they heard that TEXANS have a wild taste! ;)

The picture was taken in January of this year, thus the jackets!

TnT Bound for Australia, then Texas...

Well, this weekend I take my cowboys to LAX. They are going to Australia for two weeks! They will visit the Great Barrier Reef, Cairns, Uluru (Ayers Rock), and Sydney. There is a possibility that they will visit an Australian Ranch, too! They bought digital cameras just for their trip, so I will have lots of pictures to share with you when they get back!

This month is going to be a busy one...we will be packing for the trip and move, feeding horses, cleaning pens and tack rooms out, feeding puppies, finding homes for puppies, when TnT get back from Australia, they will be packing up their belongings, all five horses, four dogs (...and Mom's heart...) and moving to Pecos, TX. We are in the process of securing a place for TnT and the dogs to live and stables for the horses.

The setting for Mustang 'n' Cowboys will be moving to Texas!!! As native Texans, TnT are excited about their move! They have talked about going back for years. Pecos, Texas is steeped in western history and is the "Home of the World's First Rodeo"! This does not mean that the blogging will stop. This blog will be my link to Travis and Tony, the horses and the dogs!!! Remember too, that one of the horses is mine!
