At eight days old the puppies are plump and as soft as can be! They love to snuggle under my chin and give puppy kisses! I know that they are probably looking for milk, but I rather like calling them "puppy kisses"!!!
This little, light brown girl is frosted with black on her nose, ears, back and toes. She has a little tiny white patch on her chest, too! But her patch is bigger than her brothers. Her new family has already picked her out!
This little girl is a darker version of the light brown girl...again she has a little white patch on her chest, but no where else!
This little sweetheart doesn't have a drop of white on her; she is darker than her brother, almost black. And so far, none of the puppies have the freckles on their tummies like Katy's last litter.

So adorable and your pictures are very well done. I always loved puppy kisses and the surprisingly sweet smell of puppy breath. The whole puppy thing is such a great experience.
Thank you Jan! They are so precious and grow up so fast that I am glad that I have this blog to keep a picture journal of them.
Janey, they are so sweet. Thanks for sharing. I want a puppy so bad, but I am having a hard time convincing my husband that some people just need to have animals around. It's been since last February and I think it's time.
Hi Shiela, tell him that having them around keeps your blood pressure in check!! I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have animals around. We now have 5 horses, 7 dogs, 5 puppies, 5 domestic cats, 2 feral cats, and 2 guinea pigs. Ownership is split between 6 people though!!!
mmmmm...that puppy breath is so distinctive and lovely. This is my favourite time with pups...when they are so tiny and young...and I remember the little grunts they emit when they're picked up.
thanks for the trip down memory lane!
You are most welcome Marion! Thank you for stopping by! I will be posting the puppies new pictures a.s.a.p. Their eyes are open!!!
hi Janey, I got tagged by Southern Gal and Marion and now it's your turn. Come over and see what I'm talking about if you have time between the babies and your business.
Hi Sheila, I posted "Tag, You're It!" over on my personal blog...Notes That Touch The Heart.
